1. The Service

Pandalier is a free tool that helps you track the things you are learning, such as courses, books, playlists, and articles, in one place. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Please give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

Please use Pandalier lawfully and reasonably. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to store or share unlawful content.

4. Your content

The learning sources and notes you add stay yours. You grant us only the permissions we need to operate the Service for you, such as storing and displaying your content back to you. We do not sell your content.

5. Availability

Pandalier is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pandalier and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Termination

You can stop using Pandalier at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Service if these Terms are violated, or if we need to for legal or security reasons.
